Description
Conduct an experiment where you can tweak the traits of a group of organisms.
Define how they should evolve in order to succeed!
Made in 48h for the Ludum Dare 24 competition. Since it was made in such a short time the game has some rough edges, but I will make a better version in the future.
How to Play
Tweak the priorities of the traits at the bottom of the screen. Each blue organism that is born will inherit those traits. The goal is to create 100 blue organisms.

i hope this is just a test, because i hope you'll make a real game out of this idea. this - till now - lacks of so much, that it's barely playable. but - like everyone mentioned before - i loved the concept. go on, do it.
Yeah, this was made in 48h for the Ludum Dare 24 competition, so it was a bit rushed. But I do plan to make a better version! Thanks.

i enjoyed it, and i would absolutely love a sorta sandbox-y mode, where i can control how many creatures enter, what amount, how much food spawns, and so on. maybe with sliders? I enjoyed the game as is though. when the orange creatures enter for the first tiem i always start to die off rapidly, so i end up with one guy left alive :/ 4/5 and faved. I hope you do update it :D even if you dotn implement my idea. its neat :D

for a ludum dare, this is pretty awesome! It's refreshing to take a back seat every now and then in a game, and not directly affect enemies or in game entities. I 'm sure a more polished version of this, with a bit more content like levels and challenges would become popular :)
