Description
Little game I made for Ludum Dare 23
Survival Platformer 2D where you try to defend the tininess of your planet destroying meteors that would make it bigger.
Meteors are destroyed by running over the surface of the planet making it to spin and burning the meteors with the accelerated atmosphere.
NASA approves
Notes:
- When you die nothing happens but I made it that way. You can Esc+Restart.
- I planned to add more planets, so when you lose one, you travel to another, but I had no time to implement that :(. I will in the future.
- Sounds were made in a rush and I know some are to loud
- The game was made to be played as a standalone so the exit button was needed. I keep it here so the game ramains exactly what I submitted for the Ludum Dare 23.
How to Play
Controls are [A],[D],[_____Space_____]
Menu controls are [W],[S],[Enter],[Esc]
Developer Updates

I understand the concept of the game but I agree with West101 lacks destruction. Also I can't get over the rocks. Give it a bit more time and it could become an awesome game. Right now I give it a 3/5

It's pretty cool, but it lacks destruction (I.E House being destroyed,), its good for a survival game though.

I like the look of the game, and thought the sounds fit pretty well. It needs a mute button, and the opening text is way too small. I didn't understand the "energy" bar at first, and why can't I get over the rocks? Should I be able to get over the pile and around the whole planet? Overall, I thought is needed more of a goal (like a high score, or something to keep me playing). The game should end if the planet reaches a fixed size (mine seems to still be growing, though I'm already dead).
