It's your choice, really, except for one thing. You need to make games. That's important.
Your studio can evolve from a lone wolf to a highly skilled team of 5, one computer to a strange mix of technology and myth, and completely unheard of to legendary among gamers. Experience the love or hate from your fans - you may be able to make more money by cutting corners, but the fans will know. THEY KNOWWW.

How to Play
Drag tasks onto your game developers to build games. In pre-production, you can re-design as much as you want to get things as close to perfect as possible. In production, it's a race to finishing the game, and in marketing you choose between learning from mistakes, trying to make sales and contact the press, and talking to your fans.
Developer Updates
My Dropbox account kept having the public folder suspended for too much traffic so I moved the game to my own server. Sorry about the old “429” errors! They’re gone now.

Realy good game. But:
1. Shortcut for the task should be above the heads of everyone.
2. Maybe more idle? Task can be more likely to stay "on" until You assign new one.
3. More events! :D
