Description
A brave firefly seeks to bring light to the dark streets, a hoard of spiders and their wicked webs seek to stop him. Guide the firefly to the lanterns and light them.
How to Play
Hold the left-mouse button to fly upwards, release to fall. M mutes sound, P pauses the game. Lighting lanterns increases a player's score and multiplier. Collect 10 lanterns to gain invincibility for a short time. Avoid spiders and the top and bottom of the screen (touching them will kill you). If you collide with a spider web it will cover your screen. Collect wind to blow it off.

Don't know what this other guy is talking about. This is a simple game. Not overly exciting, but good play and easy to understand. 4/5.

Thanks Thed, this is my first Flash game. I sought to create a simple game that players could relax to and play over and over. Similar perhaps to the helicopter game and Robot Unicorn Attack.

My apologies that the game frustrated you. I had hoped from little messages in the game and description that players would be able to grasp the concept quite quickly. Btw there is a help button on the main menu for much more in depth instructions. Collecting 10 lanterns will grant you invincibility for a short time. You shouldn't have a problem trying to touch lanterns that are already lit, that should be impossible unless I misunderstand what you mean.

Not bad, but the items/obstacles/ect need to stick out a bit more as distinct foreground objects, they look too much like they're in the background.
