Description

The zombie survival game set in your home town

How to Play

The goal of Corpseburg is to survive until day 30s of quarantine in a location of your choosing, then make it to an extraction point that will randomly appear in one of the 4 corners of the map. To do this you will need to scavenge food, weapons, and defensive supplies from your surroundings. Using the scout button will locate local shops in your area that might have some supplies. Restaurants are likely to have food, factories are a great place to find defensive supplies. Explore your surroundings while avoiding the undead. If you do get injured, you can use medicine to heal at night. Speaking of night, keep an eye on the clock, when the sun goes down it becomes much harder to avoid the hordes of zombies. You should prepare a fortified camp to sleep in each night.

Auto-equipping the "best" weapon will be great. Also, sometimes many 'lootable places' are in one building, so it's really hard to see pics

This is really nice, if it's a beta. Currently, the game feels quite a bit hollow. If you add in some more mechanics, it could easily become a really good game!

This is a great teaser. I would love to see an expanded version of this game. It's plenty easy enough as it is, just stay away from the densely populated area until you have enough resources to well fortify your sleeping area. Keep an eye on your weapons as it's easy to lose the one you have equipped. Would love some sort of stats on zombie population vs fortification value. Fortifying more than once in a day *seems* to make surviving the night easier.

i like it that you can choose where to start on the world but after 5 min everything is pretty much the same

Hmm, a lot of the 'fun' is supposed to be exploration/struggling against a kinda unfair system. I've been making the game 'easier' lately... are you finding it easy to get to day 30?

Kind of fun, still having trouble making it longer than a week. Thoughts in the interface: Notifications that slide up (you've found a hammer, etc) disappear before I've finished reading the popup summery from the action that spawned them. More info on the weapons from the selection screen would be nice. A bit more information from the 'scout' feature would be nice, too, maybe how densely populated the area is.

I noticed you made it to day 30. Congrats! Yeah, the weapon screen needs a look-over.... and I think the 'pop up messages' needs a new system... maybe a scrolling marquee?
