How to Play
- Move an army to a territory to occupy it.
- kill all enemies to win the map
- Territories with a blue border are yours and you will receive itsโ income if you manage to hold it until your next turn.
- units have different attack and defense strengths
- ranged units can fire instead of moving, doing a one time damage without retaliation.
- Collect stars to increase the number of champions you can bring into each battle.
Forging bonusses:
- sword โ water(defense%), fire(attack%), wood(attack), earth(defense)
- armour โ water(armour), fire(health%), wood(regen%), earth(health)
- staff โ water(healing), fire(attack), wood(regen), earth(attack%)
- ring โ water(healing%), fire(attack%), wood(regen), earth(armour%)
- boots โ water(defense), fire(attack), wood(health), earth(armour)
Additional forging info:
- The amount of bonus given per level increases for more rare items.
- regen% and healing% is in percentage of the regen/healing the character already has. So 10 base healing with an additional 50% equals 15 healing

You can use the ctrl button to buy or deploy 5 units at the same time (alt for 25)
When moving units you can use ctrl to instantly move all available units to the destination. Use the alt button to instantly assign all ranged units to fire at destination
Developer Updates
Finally, another update for Digitwars The Grigits is here!
The update features the following changes:
- You can now improve item quality in the forge
- You can also reroll stats on an item in the forge
- Max champion level is increased from 750 to 1100
- Rebalanced end game stats & talents
- Increased value of some treasures on the campaign maps
- Relics introduced
- Daily campaign now also rewards a relic, play higher levels to get better relics
- Champion specific items now scale when quality is improved

after a few months Of playing this game I can definitively say it is one of the best free single-player turn based strategy games I've ever played, and finally gave my dad a better game to play than hex empires. Thank you MasterTT.

Game is fixed for new accounts now too. Sorry about that, been unavailable for new players for quite a while, but i didnt know until mansimas informed me. Thx mansimas!
