Alright. After finally "Finishing" the game i'm going to have to say the game is a bit on the unbalanced side. Some of the missions are harder than they should be. Namely the last 3.

I suggest including a reset button so I don't have to click back every time I mess up or realise a different tower would be of better use on that spot.

Could be a top game but for a few things. No rally point for swordsmen, no reset or replay map option (why why why don't developers do this for all TD games?!), no "Normal" option, which makes it very grindy. And no, not being able to target closest to the treasure is not necessarily a "good thing". Your swordsman block so your archers can concentrate on the biggest threats. Particularly when you don't have any type of spells to get those one or two that get through. Those closest to the treasure are the biggest threats. If you don't agree then compromise and add target priority. When you add the big ogre types in that mow through your swordsmen, it becomes that much more important. 3/5 for now. The graphics are cute and the interface is easy to understand. The maps are pretty good too, they do make you think. Right now it's just lacking in key areas for a higher rating.

Here are some gameplay-specific suggestions: The control of the archer ships is done one by one and does not allow you to build while you control the ships. Could you figure a way to easily control multiple ships? The limited building positions do not allow many tactical options. Upgrading the swordsmen to deal more damage is fine, but most of the times I place them to stop the enemies, not kill them. I used the gold upgrade and ended up with loads of gold and no use for it, again limiting my options and forcing me to use the upgrade points on something else. One thing that many games lack is the numbers, meaning that I have no idea how much damage a tower does and how much more damage will it do if I upgrade it with stars or gold.

First things first: not having at least x2/x3 speed-up in a TD is a huge turn-off for most people. The targeting could also use some work, having archers/druids keep firing on troops that are already engaged by your own melee, while other enemies are completely ignored while walking past them feels silly. That aside it's a pretty nice TD and i liked the upgrade/unlock progression.
Added a speed-up button on 1.04 version. About targeting an enemy who is engaged with one of your soldiers is, in fact, a good thing, because makes that enemy die faster, releasing your soldier for "blocking" another enemy.
