Description

You are in command of the first empire. Your people have been traveling from universe to universe for octillions of years on a quest for truth, which makes you more powerful.

Each time, you must first create a foundation of wealth, then search the stars for neighboring centers of power. Once you've met your neighbors, you have to choose how you will engage them. Will you overcome them with raw military might? Will you include them in a alliance fueled by trade? Will you build a strong cultural core that makes them want to join you? The choice is yours.

As you become more powerful, you can make scientific advancements to help conquer the increasingly-difficult challenges you will meet.

Eventually, you will be in a position to start extracting truth from the universe. Once you've gained enough, it's time to unfold the bonds of your current universe and start again.

*INSTRUCTIONS*
This is a hybrid between a 4X game and an idle game. Use the mouse to convey your decisions.

Start by building *wealth*. Everything is based on wealth. Wealth gives you funds and wealth supports other kinds of investments.

Build other infrastructure to explore, learn, conquer, engage in trade, and ultimately to prestige. View the manual wiki for more complete instructions.

Great idea concept. Can we get an idea of how culture is calculated, I want to know what is my limiting factor is (wealth, availability, joy or identity) ?

Over time, I'll get this stuff into the wiki. For now, here's an answer for culture: culture power = (W * A * J * I)^(1/4) where W = wealth, A = availability, J = Joy, and I = identity.

Great game once it gets going, but it's a long drag until you get the first system occupied and then things really take off.

2 ways of dealing with this, either make it much quicker to take over the first system, or have some sort of tutorial system with rewards & quests to get you to the first system in as short a time as possible.

I love the quests idea. **EDIT** I loved it so much that I built the feature but not all the content. If you want to sacrifice one of your three game slots to see if the early missions help, I would love that.

Is it just my old pc being really slow or anybody experiences a significant lag (a few seconds) almost every time you switch a screen?

I feel the speed of the idle in the first few hours is kinda detrimental to longevity of people getting into the game, I love the concept and overall its great just a few adjustments to early game scaling and you can make the game feel more responsive to keep players interested.
