What is the point of the reset button when the time does not reset? I have to exit the level and re-enter it again when I'm too slow, since my goal is to get all the stars.

Sensitivity on leaning needs to be tweaked a bit. Should also have upgrades whether it be earning money for a new bike or just upgrading the bike given. Plus i'm a bit confused why i'm trailing off road with a street bike. 3/5

Not dynamic at all. You could do better than this. Put in some upgrading system or bike customization at least!
