Too many weird (and somewhat illegible) instructions too quickly. What's with using pets (unrecognisable) as transporters and bombs? I found the whole thing confusing and nonsensical. Information overload. Sorry. Didn't like it.
Hi there - thanks for the comment The first level is meant to serve as a tutorial level, teaching the player the mechanics of the game thats why there is a lot of information presented. However, I do agree with you that the pacing of said instructions should maybe be spread out a bit more to provide space to play around with each mechanic. As for the use of pets, I want to keep the player a bit in the dark of what the overall story line will end up being, however, it should be understood that the player character has a knowledge of these kinds of animals and therefore knows what their properties are.
