* Mouse to aim and shoot.

* fly anvil: what force can throw up an anvil?

I can only imagine what the neighbors were thinking. On Monday the new guy was throwing knives at the ground, around Thursday he was pumping M60 rounds into the earth, and by Saturday he was using a demonic ritual to summon lightning to detonate a nuke, therefore wiping out the entire town.

How to get "Just do it":
Suicide: Nuke + Lightning
Armageddon: Nuke + something explosiv
Bullseye: Shoot a dart in the dart-board-level in the middle
Zombieball: Get in rage with the ball
Fly Anvil: Nuke + Anvil
