Description

Head out into the world in this RPG, discovering new areas as you Quest about, and stave off a myriad of diverse creatures as you Raid with friends! The February Hunt has returned! Reports have come in, confirming several northern sightings of the Upland Buubry, a mythical and powerful beast. If you hope to locate, lure and tame the beast, you’ll have to track down several items to assist you in doing so! Further, if you manage to find one, you can seal it away to enhance its powers to even greater heights! For the duration of February, several facets of the game have been updated to provide you access to the tools needed to acquire this mythical mount, inclusive of the re-release of the Timed Raid, Sluagh. The availability of these items will be removed on February 28th, so be sure to do your best to locate the beast while you’re able!
Event Raid Announcement: It seems that Lubid is making mischief again, driving lovers mad with his arrows and wreaking havoc! Lubid will be appearing on Feb 5 and Feb 8, and will be present for 24 hours in each instance. There will be an announcement made [including notification-tags for any updated Roles] when one is summoned, along with Raid Join links and a Loot Table posted here.
The next round of Limited Time Offer items have arrived, ushering in the Irus’ Shroud Crusade and Vylda’s Supplicant sets. These sets are available for direct purchase in the Market, and we will provide advance notice ahead of them being removed, as we did for the last LTO’s. Several Craft recipes have also been released in relation to these LTO’s.
The first Premium Troop has been released! Arun Iarlynn is available for direct purchase in the Market, valued at 120 Void Crystals but purchasable in Troop-groups of 10 for 24VC each. Arun has studied the great Commanders of old, and strives to test his knowledge on the field of battle… With a sizeable retinue of retainers on-hand. Arun will be available for direct purchase until the end of the month, at which time he will not again be available for direct purchase.

Brings back memories from DotD. Game sure isn't finished, but it's a nice fill if you liked it.
Keep in mind as F2P you'll need to make some early game decision to make the game play easier
(like before lvl 10: spend only 1 point in the Fortitude tree for some nice damage increase through a class bonus)
Hey there! The game is constantly growing, and you can expect to see substantive development in the not-too-distant future! A big boon for F2P will come when Achievements are released [and that is planned to be the next "big" item!]

Suffers from one of the great problems that things that should be in the game are instead located in Google Sheets made by players (such as loot tables) meaning you're usually playing this with a Google Sheet open.
Hey there! One of the aspects of an earlier game that this was largely modeled upon was that it was up to the community to discover the 'inner workings' of the game. Sometimes this was exciting, and sometimes this was needlessly tedious. The DotV Dev team is comprised of both Dev's and Players from that game, including those that performed such data compilation. We recognized that some things were unnecessarily painful to have to 'uncover', and we took steps to ensure that data is readily available. However, some of the joy of the game comes from the community aspect, so we ultimately decided to leave some of the finer details for Players to work out. That being said, we provided ample means for Players to identify changes and accelerate these discoveries in most instances.
