Description
In Plasmid, you control a bacterium strain called the Jupiter Sphinx, an organism that feeds on germs. The Jupiter Sphinx consumes germs by piercing them, which, in turn, makes the Jupiter Sphinx's body grow. The body, however, is vulnerable to the germs, and the slightest touch could destroy the Jupiter Sphinx. You must ensure that the Jupiter Sphinx consumes its share of germs before the germs instead destroy the very bacterium that keeps them under control.
How to Play
Keep your mouse in front of the Jupiter Sphinx and make sure it's tail doesn't get attacked by any of the germs.

Tail stays in a straight line, making it look very, very odd. Gameplay isn't really very fun, and not rewarding.

The challenging and impossible modes suffer from stiff motion and lag, while the effortless mode is quite near pointless since there is no tail to lose apprently, either way it is a novel game idea that basically falls short of real playability.
