Description
ALPHA VERSION - PLEASE READ
This is my first flash submission. It is a game about the Cold War space race. This is not a finished product - I intend to continue development over a period of months. I chose to upload it in order to obtain feedback and hopefully interest. There's not much there at the moment. The only option available is to do some research, purchase a few buildings, and launch a Mercury capsule into orbit. Enjoy what's there- please give me any constructive feedback and stay tuned for future updates!

Ceeker, I really like the concept. I went to download the original game. Boy was that full of bugs. But my 7 year daughter is already interested in it. Please continue to develop the game. I would love to play it. Good luck.

I like the idea. I really hope the first available mission is not a "Manned Mission". You have to think of ways to keep people wanting to play, as I can see it getting boring quickly. But it's a great idea and you should totally run with it.

Thanks for the feedback, Yeah, it won't be the first mission available. I was thinking the first mission should be a rocket test, eventually working your way up to a satellite, then possibly some test flights with animals as was historically done. You could skip any of these stages in order to try and get in front but it would come at a significant safety penalty on your next mission. I'll be eventually including more artwork and animations to make the space flight sections more interesting.

Nice idea. Play Buzz Aldrin Race into Space to have some idea for your game ;)
