Developer Updates
This is officially the winning game of GitD no. 29! Competition thread here: http://www.kongregate.com/forums/4-game-programming/topics/325289-gitd-29-voting.
Thanks for the feedback, it is useful for developing this concept into a full game.

Oh yeah, and the time compression should be reset to x1 at the start of a level. I often finished a level on x9 and then had to restart the next level as it started off zooming along at x9 :)

Definitely not an easy game. A lot of trial and error on how much energy you need to produce/conserve until you get to a point where you can keep your metal factories running through the night. Overall a good and challenging game.

In the tutorial the text balloons would move on to the next before I had read them, Needs background music & I would like slightly better graphics. But 4/5 cause its a great game

Also would be great to be able to pause/Ultra Slow speed and be able to build plan

the concept is good, i hope the sequel will be better because this game need a lot more of little things to be a hit. - i would like to click and drag the map - a RESET/QUIT/RESTART button when you made a mistake !? - demolishing just after building (2-3s) should be refound - a bestiary to understand what monster i will encounter - a reset speed x1 when reaching night/day/end game. - lightning building when you move your mouse cursor on them, because when it's dark you can't find anything - an arrow is not a creep !? if you manage to implement this game why don't you polish it with one basic design of a monster... - the tutorial is very very useless, and you don't have enough time to read all your explanation : a simple description of what to do and how to do it could do the job better.
