Eugh. I had an ingrown toenail once. However, only one part of the operation hurt: the beginning part where the doctor injected my toe with an anesthetic. THAT hurt like hell. Once it started working, I didn't feel anything. I also had my DS to keep me from staring at the surgery. Now I know what happened. Fun stuff!

ShadowX1337 had the exact same experience as me. i had the operation on both toes and the needle for the numbing hurt like hell! after that my toe didnt feel anything for the rest of the day.
