Some greater contrast would be nice, the light green on the light blue is pretty hard to see.

It's fun for three minutes. No more. No less. There's no real progression (upgrades or chances to fight back, new levels) and the random placement change of the antibiotic is impossible to preempt. Making this not a skill game but a luck game. Also, as someone has has said, the color choices can be difficult to distinguish.
