Sugo: A Filipino RPG

Description

Sugo is a single-player role-playing game exemplifying olden Filipino way-of-life based on mythical beliefs and superstitions. The storyline occurs at an age hundreds of years before Spanish conquest when lifestyle was governed by false notions, unfounded fears, almighty deities and occult creatures.

A Sugo (chosen one), called upon his sleep by Bathala, has the duty of restoring balance and order among the chaotic three worlds: alapaap, kalupaan, and laot. He is in the person of a mighty mandirigma possessing experience and skill in battle.

The road will not be easy, though. The most powerful creatures from the dark side have different plans. But Bathala from the Kaluwalhatian will guide the sugo in his campaign.
