it lags a bit once you reach the rainbow area, which makes things quite annoying. also, the ball shouldn't start rolling before i see it, if you die just before reaching a new checkpoint you have to either just let yourself die on the first obstacle or hope to pass it blindly as the ball will smash itself a split-second after you see it.

This reminds me of a few other great games. The play-action is good and the rapid restarts are good, (though maybe just a bit longer tick when the new run starts). Some areas reminded me of the dodge portion of the Star Wars arcade game from the 1980s... X-Wings in the trench, dodging walls.
