Description
- 2E PLACE au concours Ludum Dare 25 Jam ! :D * Réalisé en seulement 72 heures ! Dr. Vile, le savant fou le plus détesté du monde, n’a qu’un objectif : devenir numéro 1. Il est prêt à tout pour gagner le respect et l’adoration de tous – même à TUER TOUT LE MONDE. Partez avec Dr. Vile et son IA Lexe dans une quête pour construire le Rayon de la Mort le plus puissant jamais vu. Dr. Vile l’utilisera-t-il pour le bien ou le mal triomphera-t-il toujours ?
Comment jouer
- Utilisez les flèches pour déplacer Dr. Vile. – Appuyez sur X pour frapper avec votre batte (l’arme parfaite pour un génie du mal, non ?). Votre batte peut casser des objets – arbres, voitures, télés, etc. – pour récupérer les pièces nécessaires à la construction du Rayon de la Mort. Utilisez-la aussi pour casser le crâne des villageois gênants ! – Appuyez sur C pour utiliser votre pistolet paralysant. Cela étourdira temporairement les villageois (d’où son nom). Il a un temps de recharge ! – Appuyez sur ESPACE pour ouvrir/fermer l’inventaire et voir les pièces qu’il vous manque pour finir le Rayon de la Mort. Cela met aussi le jeu en pause. – Essayez de ne pas mourir sinon vous recommencerez du début ! Ramassez des pommes et des restes de steak pour regagner de la vie.

It'd make an interesting GTA/Zelda hybrid... Run around terrorizing the populace and destroying everything, collecting materials to bring back to your base to build and upgrade various tools and weapons... With periodic assaults on the homes of the popular scientists serving as dungeons, and the scientists themselves (or their creations?) as the bosses. Don't forget to loot blueprints for new gadgets while you're in there!

Nice short fun game. Nothing to complain about controls or gameplay. Just missing lot more content, levels, other goals (I know it was made within 25h). Like to see what comes next...

Great game, 5/5. Only complaint is it should be longer, so I'd be psyched to see an extension of this. For those complaining about the three hit restart, you're dumb. Trying to avoid the people helps, since there's no benefit to killing them. And the fighting isn't based on luck, it actually requires a little timing rather than just mashing the attack button.
