the sensitivity is too high. other wise, 4/5

Even with fully upgraded steering, the game relies too much on luck. Some levels, you get almost no fuel, and the ones that do come are too far away from where you are to have any chance of getting. So it is impossible to finish those races, no matter how great your skill is.

@waakk You just need to upgrade your steering, although they do need to make that more obvious
