Good start.
Click & hold is unnecessary. On mouseover is fine. (That way, you can use the mouse button for some kind of powerup.)
Keep the score on the board after you die. We want to know how we did!
I trust you'd eventually add different kinds/sizes of boulders, or maybe birds or coconuts or something that acts differently.
But so far, so good.

Tak, - always nice with some feedback! It was made as a "get to know" Unity game. We had like 1½ days worth of work from idea to game :) and i agree, it needs loads of refinement and further development. Have a nice day!
