Hire miners but be aware that miners are required to be payed every single month (120 seconds) and if you don’t pay them they will leave you and you will lose money.

Upgrade your company when you get the amount of gold required.

Don’t stop there! After you upgrade your company to the max, go ahead and hire every single miner available and you’ll be asked if you want to upgrade your Prestige level. Of course it will cost you a lot! All of your miners will disappear but their ore per second will double and you will be able to hire them back for the same price!
