- How big is Kongregate's audience?
- Kongregate reaches over 3 million users in the United States alone (Comscore January 2014) and is among the largest sites reaching core gamers.
- Who plays on Kongregate?
- Kongregate's audience is primarily male aged 13 to 30, with a higher concentration of men 18 to 24 than almost any other site on the web.
- What do they do when they're not on Kongregate?
- They play sports, go to the movies, play video games with their friends, go out to eat, listen to music and many, many other things typical of young men.
- I'm from a site with dating, gambling, or games of skill, how can we work together?
- We can't. We don't take advertising from any of the above types of sites.
- We'd like to do a link exchange with Kongregate, who should I contact?

Answers to a few common questions
- Game isn't loading?
- Browser add-ons and ad blockers can sometimes interfere with games loading up. Try disabling those, and if the problem continues, try a full reinstall of the Flash Player. To do this, first uninstall the Flash Player. Then make sure that your browser is updated and reinstall the latest version of the Flash Player.
- Didn't get your referral points?
- This is usually caused by one of two things. Your friend might not have signed up correctly, or the points might be on hold because they signed up from the same computer network as you. Unfortunately, if they didn't sign up correctly, there's no way to add them as a referral now. If they signed up from the same network though, they just need to reach account level 2 before the points are awarded.
To check your referrals go to your profile and click on "manage my referrals" below your "about me". - Having trouble getting badges and cards?

- How to take a screenshot
- If you're on a Windows PC, you can take a screenshot by pressing the Print Screen key. The label for this key is often abbreviated as "prt scr" or something similar, and the key should be located on the upper right area of your keyboard, to the right of the F-keys. The key will copy an image of your screen to your clipboard, which you can then paste into any image editing program (like MS Paint) by opening the program and then either going to Edit > Paste or by pressing ctrl+v. You can then save the image to your computer.
If you're on a Mac, you can take a screenshot by pressing Command+Shift+3. This will save an image of your screen to a file on your desktop. - Will my feedback get a response?

Answers to a few common developer questions
- I've uploaded a game, but now I want to edit it. How I do that?
- You can edit your game or upload a new version from your profile โ you'll find an "edit" button next to each game you've uploaded.
- My game is the wrong size
- We automatically read the width and height of the game from the headers in the SWF. If your game is less than 800 wide and is the wrong size correct the info there and reupload and it should correct itself. Because we need to fit chat next to games we automatically resize games that are larger than 800 pixels down to 800. This is less than ideal, especially if you use bitmap art, but if we don't the page becomes unmanageably wide. So sorry, no exceptions.
- I uploaded my game yesterday but I don't see any ad revenue
- We update ad revenue daily with the previous day's revenue so there can be up to a 36-hour delay before it shows up. Sometimes we get a day or two behind, particularly over weekends. Sorry, we suck.
- I'm from outside of the US. Do I still earn ad revenue?
- Absolutely. In fact, the majority of our developers are from outside the US. We make payments via check or PayPal.

- Having trouble getting badges and cards?
- First things first
- Take a screen shot โ now, right this second! How do I do that?
Make sure your screenshot shows both the game and the chat windows, like this:
Make sure your name is clearly visible somewhere in the screenshot. It typically appears two or
three places in the upper right corner of your screen. - Try refreshing your browser
- In many cases this will solve the problem.
- Requesting missing achievements
- Use the form on the left. For the love of Greg, double-check that your name is visible in your screenshot. You'll get a list of possible achievements in a drop-down; make sure you choose the one you're actually missing.
- Are you missing multiple achievements?
- Submit a separate request for each one. Yes, we mean it. Yes, you can submit the same screen shot with multiple requests, provided it shows the necessary information about your game progress.
- Fixing connectivity problems

Answers to a few common questions
- Why did I not receive my Kreds?
- There could be a handful of factors as to why you did not receive your Kreds, but we will certainly work with you on finding out why you didn't! On the form to the left, please include your username, form of payment, and which web browser you were using. If you are paying by credit/debit card, please include the last four digits of the card number to help us speed up the process. If you paid through Paypal, make sure you have your receipts available. All other forms of payment, please include as much detail as you can in the description.
- But wait, I didn't receive TrialPay Kreds!
- For support with any free kred offers on Kongregate, or to check the status of a pending offer, visit the Get Kreds page, click โFund your accountโ, choose "Earn Free Kreds" and click "Support" to view your pending offer status. From here you will also be able to contact the customer service team at TrialPay about your missing Kreds. Alternatively, you can contact Trial Pay Support
- I've spent my Kreds, but I didn't receive my in-game purchase?
- Your first step would be to get in contact with the developer, as this could be a bug with the game. Typically on a game involving Kreds, there is a "report a bug" feature underneath the game, near the rating stars. You can also select "Report a Game Bug" on the dropdown menu to your left. Please be sure to include as much information as you can about the details of your purchase, and a screenshot of your purchase is always helpful as well! Some games may also have in-game support features, to ensure it is reviewed. If this does not work, please contact us using the form to the left.
