Descripción
Steel and Claw es un emocionante roguelike de construcción de mazos multijugador que te reta a explorar una mazmorra en el bosque y poner a prueba tus límites. Elige tu propio camino para navegar los peligros de la mazmorra. Juega solo, enfrentando las profundidades por tu cuenta, o forma equipo con otros para crear un grupo formidable. ¿Hasta dónde llegarás en la mazmorra? ¡Embárcate en una aventura épica en Steel and Claw y descúbrelo!
Cómo jugar
Gana el juego recorriendo el bosque y derrotando o evitando a los grupos de enemigos errantes. Dirígete a las mazmorras y véncelas. Colabora con otros para limpiar las 4 mazmorras de no-muertos y conquistar el mapa. Avanza por cada mazmorra haciendo clic en una sala conectada. Las salas élite son batallas más difíciles pero otorgan mejores recompensas. Las salas se vuelven más difíciles a medida que avanzas en la mazmorra y según el número de jugadores en la sala. Las salas también tienen “oscuridad”: cada vez que se vence una sala y se toma un premio, la oscuridad aumenta y la dificultad sube. Vencer una sala sin tomar premio reinicia la oscuridad. Las muertes de jugadores también reinician la oscuridad... ¡Pero nadie quiere eso! En combate: arrastra cartas sobre enemigos, sobre ti mismo o sobre amigos para realizar la acción indicada. Las cartas muestran un coste de energía y el tipo de carta: Ataque, Defensa, Mejora o Debilitamiento, además de una descripción de su efecto. Cuando te quedes sin energía (indicado abajo a la derecha) o cartas, termina tu turno. Al iniciar tu siguiente turno, robarás cartas de tu mazo.

Dungeons can potentially generate wider at deeper levels (careful pathfinding has the chance to avoid dangerous paths)

I thought Kong was dead and only checked it on a whim, and I was awestruck by this. People are still making great games on Kong!!! Despite the black and white figures on coloured graphics looking a bit odd, I gave it a shot. Very surprised and very impressed. As Caton says, this game has big potential. The multiplayer component is very unique. It's weirdly imbalanced, since a team of 4 coordinated friends will steamroll through, whereas a solo player will have a much more difficult time progressing, but... I don't dislike it, weirdly enough. If the game gets traction, you could have a "solo mode", and of course, if there are too many players, you'll need multiple instances anyway, but I like the novelty. The game does get a bit repetitive though. I reached level 94 with another player and gameplay felt very samey, but I understand that the game is still very early in development, so more content is coming. Keep up the good work!

The game has big potential. It needs some extra balancing though. For example, I was killed by an Elite spider which was webbing me twice per turn till a point where I didn't draw any cards per turn which rendered me completely defenseless to his attacks. Other than the balancing I don't see any other major flaws for the game, combats are intriguing, drawings are nice, upgrade system is great. 4 out of 5 from me on this one.
Thanks very much for the feedback! I too have been an unfortunate victim of the spider web debuff. It used to be a big problem (the spider web debuff card could be re-used and they were applying it over and over.) Now I've left them with two in their inventory and they expire on first use. But I could still see it being a problem if you get unlucky. (It happened to me the other night with multiple spiders at a time, but I was ready for it) I'll knock it down to one. Still an interesting mechanic and it will provide some pain without being not-fun. This change will be applied in the next lull in server traffic :)
