(9/15) – Added “Approaching” text field that alerts you to how much time you have before the enemy begins his attack. – Added code that causes the game to refocus on the input text field when you cast a spell — you will therefore only have to click on the input text field once at the start of the game now.

I agree the elemental correspondences seem a little counterintuitive. Since addition and subtraction are inverses, it might make sense their elements are in oppostion (fire/water for example). Similar for multiplication/division. You'd still need to answer the question correctly, but at least it would decrease the twitch-factor of "which one fights void again?"

Thanks for the suggestions--working on them, and @flamewolf I agree with you but I wasn't sure how hard I should make the problems since I wasn't sure about the math skills of my audience...after letting my little brother play I toned it down a little, maybe I did it too much. I think I'll extend the range of difficulty levels so that anyone can find a spot where it is challenging enough for them but not frustrating...

I agree with paco on several points, especially regarding the text box. It would be nicer to simply enter in the problem rather than clicking around and looking everywhere all the time. Also a bit more information on what spells to use when would help, perhaps a visual representation of what spells the enemy is weak to on the side would be nice.

way too damn easy
instead of making more enemies for harder level, make the problems harder
