The single biggest piece of advice I have is: especially when we're trying to remember names of characters, you might consider displaying that character's name when they speak--and not just when you examine them. Otherwise, lovely concept--it's easy enough to figure out how to play, and the story and artwork have beautiful individual flair. Nicely done.
Thank You for Your advice. I think it is a very good idea. We shell take it into account and try to aply it in the next chapter.

I'm having difficulty at the very beginning. After the creatures speak and I follow them into the darkness, the game just pauses there, and I can't interact with anything. All I see is a black screen with options and show hotspots (neither of which I can click). Has anyone else had this problem?

Can't wait for chapter 2, and to see how this ties into The Bell's Heart and A Grain of Truth!

Awesome game! Loved the setting, the characters, the graphics, basically everything about it. As a suggestion, I would like the picture of the shooting results (for vermin and... other targets, to keep this spoiler-free) to only disappear after a mouse click and not a set time. Willow's facial expression in these pictures is spot on and it's a shame there is no time to see all the details. As an aside, are there high resolution pictures of the backgrounds? The one with Little Willow, Aceru and Baccataxus would make an outstanding wallpaper.
I'm glad You like the graphic. All of it was done in the 800x600 resolution and we do not have any higher resolution illustrations :(
