Very nifty little game! Has an adorable aesthetic with very simple and intuitive controls and mechanic. I feel bad for the gobbies though...

TLDR: Overall 4/5
This is a really good game. I like how instead of the one obvious category for high scores, there is an additional category for time trial speed-runs. One area that I believe could be easily improved is by making a reset button. It is rather tedious to hit escape then click exit and begin anew. An additional area that can be improved would be if there was some way to practice the level, perhaps with a small laser guide. I would recommend that if you did implement this feature, that it may be in the best interest of the spirit of competition to randomize the background tiles in order to dissuade visual leads. Other obvious areas of improvement include more levels, but I would say to keep it in a 9 level pack. That is, you can play either the first pack or the second pack, and you are not forced to play the other one to record scores.

Thanks for the feedback! I've got a few interesting ideas for mechanics and levels for the back 9 so if it looks like there's demand for some trickier levels then I'll be happy to add some more. I definitely agree with keeping them in blocks of 9, and then your score for the full 18 would be based off of your best runs for the front 9 and the back 9. A quick restart that skips past the little tutorial popup is also a great idea, and I'd also like to add an option for a visible timer for speedruns, because it isn't clear in the game that the timer pauses while you're paused and in the level transition cutscenes (and counts up slower when you're in slo-mo). Cheers!

Nice idea, but I hate "find the perfect pixel" games. Kinda annoying on some levels :-/
