Soccer Player Manager 2016 es un juego de fútbol de gestión y arcade con vista superior. Puedes ser el jugador-entrenador de un equipo de tercera división en este innovador híbrido de acción y estrategia. El juego incluye más de 3000 equipos reales de todo el mundo y miles de jugadores para comprar y vender, cada uno con 8 habilidades físicas y mentales diferentes, y puedes elegir en qué posición juegan. Hay cuatro sistemas tácticos disponibles, pero puedes diseñar el tuyo propio y probarlo en varias situaciones usando un sistema de raytrace. Las sesiones de entrenamiento son visuales, permitiéndote identificar la habilidad y potencial exacto de un jugador. La parte jugable utiliza un motor de juego en vista superior con 3 niveles de dificultad y 3 velocidades de juego. Después de algunas temporadas la habilidad de tu jugador disminuye y eventualmente tendrás que retirarte y concentrarte en la gestión. CONTROLES DEL JUGADOR: FLECHAS – MOVIMIENTO. CTRL – DISPARAR. o Q W O K – MOVIMIENTO. ESPACIO – DISPARAR. OPCIONES DE TECLADO: 1 = CAMBIAR UNIFORME LOCAL. 2 = CAMBIAR UNIFORME VISITANTE. C = HACER SUSTITUCIÓN. X = CAMBIAR TAMAÑO DEL ESCÁNER. F = ENFOCAR EN JUGADOR. P = PAUSAR/JUGAR. R = REPETIR ÚLTIMOS 10 SEGUNDOS. S = VELOCIDAD DE REPETICIÓN. F2 (o tecla 4) = GUARDAR REPETICIÓN. F3 (o tecla 5) = Durante un córner a favor, lleva al portero al ataque.

This seems like a nice sensible soccer clone :) It has the same quirky controls and is simple and fun. I haven't looked at it carefully, but the management aspect seems well detailed. There are two things that made things slightly confusing for me. The dots on the map become hard to distinguish when running close to the throw in line. The other thing is about the substitutions; I couldn't figure out how to see the stats of the substitute or the player.
Anyways, nice game :)
A "sensible" advice for the newstarters: Having a good goalkeeper reduces the frustration. Obviously, fast runners and good shooters help. Far curved shots with a good shooter yield easy scores ;) Enjoy :)
