Albeit a little late, this was the entry for the 41st Ludum Dare. With Ludum Dare 42 coming up next week, we thought we would upload the post LD version with bug fixes and extra features, we hope you enjoy!
Cómo jugar
Hold to charge rod power, and release to cast.
When a fish touches the bobber, click to reel in.
Use the ‘Fish’ and ‘Defend’ buttons to navigate screens.
Click on spaces to bring up the buy menu for towers.
Click on placed towers to bring up the upgrade menu.

Add another genre and turn this into a idle and you might have made a really fun game. The fishing aspect could have upgrades / different fishing areas to unlock. The tower defense side could have some skills added / abilities ?

Great ideas! Thanks for playing our game, we will certainly look into adding an idle aspect into the game in order to change it up and make it more fun.

Well made for a Ludum Dare Strategy game! If you ironed out a theme for the game, created different towers and potentially upgrades for the fishing portion, this could lead up to a game similar in essence to no heroes here, where you manage multiple things at once in different areas (minus the multiplayer essence)
