Descripción
MODO SUPERVIVENCIA (jugabilidad): Tú (hasta 2 jugadores) debes defenderte de un ejército de droides malvados, que pueden encontrarte sin importar dónde te escondas en el mapa (aunque tu habilidad de camuflaje los confundirá temporalmente). El juego se divide en oleadas y rondas. Cada oleada trae nuevos escuadrones de enemigos; actualmente hay 3 oleadas por ronda, pero esto cambiará en el futuro cuando agregue más tipos de enemigos. En cada ronda los enemigos se vuelven más agresivos, numerosos y a veces más poderosos (velocidad, potencia de fuego, etc.). En la ronda 1 comienzas con dos pistolas y granadas, pero tendrás acceso a armas más poderosas a medida que avances. Estás equipado con:
* Un escudo regenerativo
* Armadura
* Una habilidad especial (actualmente camuflaje, pero se agregarán más en el futuro)
* Muchas armas geniales
* Apoyo de torretas automáticas (puedes comprarlas en puntos predefinidos)
Tu escudo se regenera con el tiempo, pero tu armadura no. La velocidad de recuperación del escudo depende del estado de tu armadura, así que recuerda cubrirte cuando sea necesario. El juego termina cuando se acaban todas tus vidas; en el modo cooperativo, compartes el mismo grupo de vidas.
Cómo jugar
El control depende del esquema que elijas en el menú (justo antes de entrar al mapa). CONSEJOS GENERALES:
-No tengas miedo de gastar créditos en torretas. Puede costar 400Cr desbloquear una torreta, pero solo 50 para reactivarla.
-Mantente en movimiento.
-Usa tu habilidad especial (actualmente camuflaje) para salir de situaciones difíciles.

-BLOOD AND EXPLOSION BURNS!
-Melee attacks and grenade launchers do more damage.
-Small optimizations to rendering algorithms
UPDATE BETA 0.18.12 (27th March 2011):
1. Fixed all known issue with rendering objects at the incorrect depths.
2. Nicer looking radar
3. Switched font of all text (in game and interface) to Calibri
4. Made a much better rendering system which takes advantage of blitting techniques for certain objects. The game should run much faster now.
5. Fixed all known issues with sounds
6. Replaced black blur effect around in game text messages, to a light drop down shadow.
7. Fixed a crucial glitch with droid majors wondering off the map and clipping through walls.
NOTE that the older submission is scheduled to be removed.
I wasn’t getting any feedback on the latest two versions (despite a month of reprogramming).
So I decided to resubmit.

Hmm how about bigger barrel explosion, more weapons, faster movement and better instructions

@Maiko50, there will be more weapons: phase rifles/forcefield generators are next on the list, along with an armoury, to let you choose what to spend your hard earned credits on.
More powerful barrel explosions? sure, why not.
I'm not sure about faster movement, some people complain the game goes too fast (and vice versa). Maybe a sprint jet boot ability or equivalent (when I get round to it).

Thanks guys for taking the time to play my game. I'll have half a week off Uni, so I'm hoping to get a bit more done on this project.

UPDATE BETA 0.18.12 (27th March 2011):

I've been experimenting with ways to blit bitmaps to other bitmaps.
Within a few days of this comment I'll post a minor update with blood stains (generated on the background as the player takes damage), and explosion burns (that fade away with time).
P.s. sorry once again for the slow update rate, I have to keep up with uni too...
P.p.s. Thankyou once again to all those who posted constructive criticism and gameplay suggestions.
I'll try and implement more of them once I get a sizeable amount of free time.
