Final annoyance before I stopped playing: Earlier in the game, you shouldn't show an item on screen (the hammer handle) and not allow it to be picked up or labelled. And then later once u find the barricaded door, suddenly you can pick it up. It is bad form, and bad game design. The player has already searched that area and determined there is nothing left to find as the item wasn't labelled at the time of the search.

You know, couldn't you just burn the rope without the gas? And Why the hell would a security guard be carrying around a flashlight with no batteries? It just doesn't make sense.

Maybe it's just my short attention span, but I just couldn't get very far in the game. Everything moves too slow.
