Your nation's cities are filled with skyscrapers. You have developed highly advanced nuclear submarines. Your adversary, on the other hand, is impoverished and only has one tiny little cottage left in their entire country. They are also out of funds.
They demand that you pay them $50,000,000 or they will unleash their wrath upon you.
