Game:
"The game's objective is to reach the requested score in a defined number of turns using the sum of the coin's values."
Julialyn:
"The sum of the blue and gray numbers must equal a multiple of the yellow central number."
Hint: if the central number is two and there is an odd blue and odd gray number; pick the largest even blue coin, then pick every even gray coin, then pick the largest gray coin. large multiplier follows.

Such a poor ripoff of the game in Final Fantasy X-2.. Next time you try to do that, at least explain it a litlle better. Hell, if you copied the game from there you could also copy the explanations that are given!
