Checkpoints would make the game a lot more enjoyable!

The lack of checkpoints is one of the main component of the game. Yeah, i'm a From Software fan. I added an after-death screen instead wherefrom you can check the walkthrough of the level you died in. Hope it's more enjoyable now!

Once you get to (what is said to be) the last room, there is no dying? Just have to sit there until you solve it. But I have tried every logical conclusion I could come to and still no right answer.

'Key, here's a little help - the first number is "0".

Yeah, '0' doesn't help, but I've devolved to just entering sequential numbers into the last puzzle having exhausted all trick and logical solutions to the question. Even if there's no point to it, it might be psychologically helpful to allow stepping back from the entry.

pretty damn cool. I enjoyed that a lot, especially the system for hints (having a walkthrough for only that level be available once you die), and the game over screen, how it keeps adding bodies and changes based on how you died that particular time. Though the fact that you can't really replay it from certain rooms really bothers me. I would love to go through some of the options to see what is said (unless everything is the same). I very much like the nature and variety of the puzzles. I wish there had been a bit more to the questions puzzle, and that the stuff with the kids had been explained more, but I guess that's what gives it its charm? Overall, a pretty damn good game, and I wish it had more attention and wasn't so buried in the escape games tab, but it could use a few fixes and changes here and there just to make the overall experience a bit more bearable. Nice game. 4/5
