How can i get all alchemy recipes? i was exploring alchemist dungeon until it was gone from a map & i still need 1 recipe. Anyone of You may know how to get last recipe?

I want to ask if it is a bug. In Old dungeon (with 2 skulls) i can see monsters & chests in part of dungeon i can not get too. Anyone know how may i get there?
