Good idea for a game overall...I love the cowboy theme. A few suggestions/ideas: when a player finds a word, use funny/cartoony cowboy-themed sounds to confirm the find...sounds that match your cowboy art; give people longer than 4 minutes...that's just not enough time to find so many words...especially since several of them are diagonal.
