Nice game, but more than slowing down the beginning, I think you should add a countdown, so that we have time to switch from the mouse to the keyboard.

I think the objects fly accross the screen too quickly. It's hard to see what is cake and what is dangerous... Slow down the beginning and start with just a couple objects and ad more as the game goes on. That would make the game better. And it needs a mute button.
