why did my Knight start with no equipment? and yes i checked 'inventory' and 'equipment'
What is the name of your Knight? You can use "petition" inside the game to report an issue and get help faster. Most likely explanation is someone else created a character by this name and deleted it a while back. We suspend the newbie kit in those cases because people frequently recreate characters.

@Smurf123 That sounds like an IE-specific issue. Were you using IE? Did you try a different (infinitely superior :) browser? Thanks.
