Unfortunately I have to agree with the trolls here. This was not a good idea for a game. Cute, but would keep even a fanatic 6 year old amused for about 2 minutes.

If Dress Up programs were really games, you would likely see commercial applications. You don't because they are not really games. I have never seen a Dress Up Game for sale ever.
