Okay, some advice for ways to improve.
1. Make it feel more like water. Like EPR said, it's like ice.
2. Add tricks and an incentive to do them.
3. Clearly define the goal of the game.
4. Maybe make it like a puzzle game where you have to figure out how to get over certain obstacles?
5. Add a boost function.
6. Music. The droning of the motor gets tiresome.
7. Give the player a sense of accomplishment beyond just "I made it to the end... of another level..."
