You can't shoot down tanks because...well they don't fly, hence you cannot shoot them down.

Needs Instructions on how to actuly do everything else as well. like the move with WASD keys, and how to shoot. Also, just a minor note, one does not shoot down things that are already on the ground.

simple, yet buggy. the smoke wont stop coming if u restart the game. Also anything else except the rapid fire would do well.
Rapid fire = overpowered
speed & lazer = underpowered

You should probably mention that you control the helicopter with WASD.
My first impression is that this seems decent enough (although a bit repeating).
