Very buggy. I have people "leaving" that never joined by group to begin with. The game is a lot like the 'Rebuild' series and has a lot of potential; but needs to have the bugs taken care of, and more information such as what is lowering morale, and what is or can increase it. Something such as a 'budget' screen would help with that, showing what resources are coming in, and what resources are lowering and the sources of those events. Start with a few things like that and the game could really turn into something great.

Why am I failing to capture empty buildings? Why are my own two people unhappy with keeping treasure for themselves? Why does scouting a site tell me how many undead are killed (zero) but not how many there are? This game feels very unfinished.

#1 Capturing sites on the global map is easy and very profitable. #2 Raiding is a great way to find more workers and equipment. #3 One worker set on creating items/growing crops/raising cattle, produces 1-4 resources each turn depending on equipped items. This means one worker can support up to 4 employees. #4 Each employee consumes 1 resource each turn; it doesnโt matter which single resource or combination of resources you give them. #5 Your two starting characters are 99% invincible once you've given them good items. #6 The game will continue to send hordes of enemies against you, even after you have captured everything. #7 The game is ridiculous easy once you have figured it out.

This has the premise to be a great game, but like the other comments say, it feels largely incomplete. The developer hasn't responded once about fixing it, so, yeah, dead game is dead last on ratings. =P

a game ending might be a good idea
