Won't lie, didn't really enjoy it. However, maybe if you made the shuttle capable of movement, with a sinking idle. Allowed the meteors to hit or damage the ship, have meteors that look different from others, cooler looking explosions, and some polish. Not saying that'd make it game of the year, but it would definitely be more appreciable.
