I would suggest adding the monster's innate skills on their set skills lists. It's hard to tell if switching out their skills with one of mine would be better since I can't see those moves' stats.

It'd be really nice if you could select something like goddess statue and it just went through all the steps to make them. I'm having to sit here babysitting an idle game to make like 70 of these stupid things and it's really killing the enjoyment of the game.

I think a different skill bar for 'attack' skills and 'resource' skills would be useful, so I don't have to switch them out so often.
