It is pretty bad, that you can't continue, after you went back to the main menu. You can only choose between New Game and Quickplay.

i am pretty sure i hit a note and it didn't register properly and counted as miss, still the same problem as out of sync from the previous game, lame.

I was playing on easy, which uses only three notes. Yet it used four notes in one of the first songs.
