Nice job, apart from the fact that I don't like playing overcross. WASD instead of arrow keys for moving the tank would be much more comfortable. 3/5

great one. next step as i see it is making the 'movement grid' smaller to give more feeling of 'real time movement'.

Make the tank and enemies smaller. Put on some walls and things on the scenario. Put on better or at least different sounds so it doesn't sound like you are on drugs. Hmmm.. What more?
Of course, put on some background, we'd love to shoot with a reason. But don't put too much text. Maybe upgrades for the tank, and different stages.
If you can throw that out you've got a fairly good rated game for starting. That's my opinion.
