I think a building or a item that could be placed in your shop to increase suggestion chance to a certain client. Like +10% to suggestion chance to guards. Since the cap is 75% It's still fairly easy to lose customer support if they ask for a lower level items, even when better items of the same type are available, If suggestion chance had a way to increase it would be helpful not to lose customer support because they ask for low leveled items even when they themselves are much high leveled. It would also help in specializing a shop for certain types of equipment.

I think your accuracy system needs fixing, i don't believe the % stated is the actual accuracy, my character has over a 90% accuracy rating but misses at least half there shots. My other character had a 99% accuracy and missed 3 attacks in a row. Maybe i'm just unlucky but it feels like a lot of high accuracy misses on my part.
