Great game but when commander reach rank 2, the skill automatik appear or we ned to select it in game play?

Hi Generals, commanders only have one active skill, the others that get unlocked with higher ranks are passive skills that are used automatically in battle :)

Stuck at 99%
Please keep in mind, that loading slows down a lot when you change tabs. Just wait a bit more when you see 99% - the game should load within a minute.
