great game but.. i survived for more than 15 minutes in bounty tun and I didn't earn even the 8 minutes (or 7 i'm not sure) survival award! >.< why did this happen? :/ PS: where can i find a razor queen?

so I played the game two days ago and I unlocked about 50 awards. today when I decided to play again i had to start all over - my awards were gone, nothing was unlocked etc etc. I'm playing the game on the same site and from the same computer, so what happened and why should i start all over again?
